This site is dedicated to the memory of our sister Karen Louise Beck who was murdered by her husband on November 15, 2007, and all victims of domestic violence.

It is our intent to effect change through open, honest dialogue to promote hightened awareness of domestic violence and fundraising for shelters and other agencies.

This site will be a work in progress that will try to ensure you can access resources in your area from one convenient location.  Be sure to check back frequently to see what has changed

This site will also try to encourage an open dialogue through our Koffee with Karen series of public speaking events.

The video below was shot during a product donation to the YWCA Lethbridge Harbour House Women's Shelter.  It gives an excellent overview of why we started our mission and why we try hard to facilitate donations to women's shelters.
