Internet Safety

To delete your history on IE7 or below, use Ctrl + H and the history will pop up.  Highlight the pages you were looking at and Delete them.

For IE8 users go to the Safety Option on right side of browser and select InPrivate Browsing.  InPrivate Browsing prevents Internet Explorer from storing data about your browsing session. This helps prevent anyone else who might be using your computer from seeing where you visited and what you looked at on the web.

Make a Safety Plan

It is important to ensure that when you leave an abusive situation that you do so in a safe manner.  The above link will give you the information you need to consider PRIOR to leaving.  However, if your life is in danger, JUST LEAVE and make yourself safe.
